There are many reasons people reach out to us, and we welcome all of them. Here are some of the most common:

Before You Write

To help us respond as efficiently as possible, please include a clear subject line and enough context for us to understand your query without needing to ask follow-up questions. Vague messages can cause delays, so the more specific you are, the faster we can assist.

We aim to reply within two working days. During busier periods it may take a little longer, but we do not ignore messages. If you have not heard back after five working days, please send a follow-up — occasionally emails are filtered incorrectly.
